With over 15 years of clinical consulting experience, I assist individuals, leaders, and organizations in building the behavioral structure necessary for effective performance under pressure. As a cancer survivor, author, and keynote speaker, I have a personal understanding of what it takes to rebuild after adversity. These experiences, along with my clinical background, inspired the creation of the A.D.V.I.C.E. leadership model: Accountability, Discipline, Vision, Integrity, Communication, and Empathy.
