I need help with:

 One of the most important things I’ve learned is that healing and leadership are built through intentional structure, not motivation alone. That realization ultimately became the foundation for the A.D.V.I.C.E. leadership model — Accountability, Discipline, Vision, Integrity, Communication, and Empathy — which I developed through both my clinical work and my own personal experiences navigating trauma, loss, survival, and rebuilding identity. The framework taught me that people do not rise by avoiding difficulty, but by learning how to process adversity with honesty, emotional awareness, and purposeful action. I believe these principles can help others not only become stronger leaders, but also healthier and more grounded versions of themselves.
